Steps for Employing an Apprentice or Trainee
 
Find a Australian Apprentice
The first step to indenturing an apprentice or trainee is to select the right person. You can do this by:
Register your vacancy with ace
Advertising
Using a recruitment service
Contacting the local schools
Participate in school work experience programs
Consider an existing employee
   
Contact Apprentice Careers & Employment - ace
Once you have selected the right person, contact an ACE Field Officer
we will:
Come out to your workplace
Complete the National Training Contract
Explain the roles and responsibilities of all parties
Assist you to choose a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
Notify the chosen RTO so that a training induction can take place
Assess your eligibility to receive Australian Government Financial Incentives
   
Already have an Apprentice or Trainee?
